Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze data trends using SQL and visualization tools to drive data-driven decisions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and use case creation
- Proficiency with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
