Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across finance, operations, and IT teams
- Analyze data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and support decision-making
- Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation for new system implementations
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Manage project artifacts in JIRA and maintain requirements traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML, BPMN, or similar standards
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process improvement initiatives
