Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping sessions to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Validate solution efficacy through UAT and implement continuous improvement cycles
- Document business processes using BPMN and create comprehensive test scenarios
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize ETL pipelines and data quality initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in Agile environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
- Experience with healthcare or financial services domain knowledge
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
