Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Facilitate workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Validate solutions against business objectives and quality standards
- Track project metrics and report on KPIs to leadership
- Collaborate with development teams during implementation phases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
