Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track project performance and business outcomes
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Document and communicate process improvements to technical development teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementation
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and analyze large datasets
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful BA deliverables in regulated industries
