Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using BPMN standards.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders across various departments.
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure successful system implementation and user adoption.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and desired future states.
- Monitor project metrics and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
