Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze complex business processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for the development team.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure the accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
