Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis to define business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications for development teams.
- Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor project milestones and report on KPIs to senior management.
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and process flows using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure product quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
