Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for critical fintech projects
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications

Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR)
