Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to present complex data in clear, actionable formats for decision-makers.
- Maintain and update process documentation, including flowcharts, wireframes, and system diagrams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, with a deep understanding of the SDLC.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to deconstruct complex business problems into manageable steps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
