Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, assess performance, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, use cases, process maps, and system requirement specifications (SRS).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), and process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a preference for candidates experienced in Scrum.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective, scalable solutions.
