Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions to define business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Design and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
