Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for enterprise systems
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UAT scripts, and test plans
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin), and visualization platforms
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time within complex regulatory frameworks
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule with flexible availability
