Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Develop detailed SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze operational data
- Create interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project scope and deliverables
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including process flows and technical specifications
- Support UAT cycles and provide post-implementation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA), and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Knowledge of financial services or logistics industry a plus
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
