Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work background
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
