Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and optimize operational workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process maps, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for executive leadership
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Support system implementation and provide post-launch optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMP designation preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
