Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise software implementations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and prioritize solutions
- Develop process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with offshore development teams during US evening hours
- Produce detailed documentation including BRDs, SDDs, and test cases
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMP preferred
- Demonstrated success in requirements gathering for complex enterprise systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (7 PM - 4 AM CST)
