Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Design and maintain data models, databases, and reporting structures to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Conduct nightly data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and flowcharts using Visio or similar tools.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
