Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to generate reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, facilitating workshops and ensuring clear communication of project goals.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical documentation using Agile methodologies.
- Testing & QA: Assist in the testing phase of projects, validating solutions against business requirements and ensuring quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or business environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
