Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specification documents (FSD).
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity during night operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication of project goals.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a technology or financial services environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
