Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring team alignment.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states, recommending innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure software meets all specified business requirements before deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or corporate environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
