Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops and present data-driven insights to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for performance monitoring
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure seamless sprint delivery
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Expertise in data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and at least one BI tool
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with API integration and SaaS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
