Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate complex needs into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze market trends and operational data to identify process improvement opportunities and drive strategic decision-making
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership with compelling data visualizations
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment between business goals and development sprints
- Document business processes using BPMN and create detailed user stories for development teams
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data-driven best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master
- Proven track record of translating complex business problems into technical solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP)
