Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes and design efficient solutions to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process flows, and system documentation to guide development teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools to track project performance and business health.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
