Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities through data-driven insights
- Document detailed requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Implement and maintain performance metrics dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint objectives align with strategic goals
- Conduct ROI analysis and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects
