Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or data-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
