Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements using data modeling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and deliverables in Agile/Scrum environments
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Maintain and enhance existing systems documentation and process maps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling (BPMN), and Agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile (Scrum Master) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
