Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Create wireframes, process flows, and data models using tools like Lucidchart and ER/Studio
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CCBA) preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements documentation
- Strong experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across multiple departments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
