Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear business objectives and functional specifications.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business process models, flowcharts, and UML diagrams using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state processes and future state goals to recommend innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with IT development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, track milestones, and mitigate risks associated with business initiatives.
- Produce high-quality documentation, including requirements traceability matrices and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services or Technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
