Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze financial data trends to identify growth opportunities and process inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Document business processes and create process flow diagrams
- Validate system changes through rigorous testing and UAT protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM/CPSM preferred)
- Strong experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirement management tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
