Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define business needs and functional specifications.
- Analyze complex business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes to support the development team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful system deployment and post-implementation support.
- Translate high-level business goals into technical requirements and data models.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project progress to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
