Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to identify, document, and analyze complex business requirements and processes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and future state business processes.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
