Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements using UML, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop detailed BRDs/SRDs and maintain requirement traceability matrices
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data visualizations
- Maintain JIRA and Confluence documentation for development teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or healthcare
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement gathering tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling (BPMN)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful BA projects
