What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Product) to define functional requirements and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to elicit clear and actionable business needs.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and proposed solutions.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support the deployment of new systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
