Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate complex business requirements and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process optimization strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and executives, to ensure project goals are met.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to create actionable insights, generating reports and dashboards that drive strategic initiatives.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and technical specifications to guide development teams.
- Project Leadership: Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and deliverables.
- Vendor Management: Assess and manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a corporate operations role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Certifications: PMP or CBAP certification is a significant plus.
