Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows and user stories
- Lead stakeholder workshops and present findings to C-level executives
- Implement data validation protocols and ensure KPI tracking accuracy
- Support weekend system deployments and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process modeling (BPMN)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with healthcare or finance industry compliance (HIPAA/SOX)
