Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, data flows, and system integrations to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed process documentation, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical insights into business strategies
- Validate data quality and implement data governance best practices
- Lead UAT cycles and coordinate cross-functional implementation efforts
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of driving process improvements in tech environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
