Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit business requirements

- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence documentation for audit compliance

Qualifications
- 5+ years in business analysis with healthcare/finance focus
- Advanced SQL proficiency with complex joins and window functions
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Expertise in process mapping with Lucidchart or similar
- Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence workflows
