Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed requirements and technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather/analyze data needs
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Validate solutions through testing scenarios and user acceptance criteria
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Monitor KPIs and optimize processes based on performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and competing priorities
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
