Responsibilities
- Drive the optimization of core business processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Develop and manage comprehensive operational budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to implement technology solutions that support business needs.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related corporate function.
- Proven experience in leading operational transformations within a mid-to-large sized organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make sound business recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
