Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and market objectives.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and implement scalable solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity across departments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and product development.
- Resource Management: Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and supply chain logistics to ensure optimal performance and cost control.
- Data Analytics: Utilize business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate operations, business analysis, or project management.
- Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or similar professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and manage complex business operations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Tools: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel.
