Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing business workflows and implement data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define business goals and develop operational roadmaps to achieve them.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor teams across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to track business performance and provide actionable insights.
- Resource Management: Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and procurement processes to maximize value.
- Project Management: Lead high-impact corporate projects from conception through to completion on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters, communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a corporate operations role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving change within an organization.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Location: Must be willing to work in-person in Austin, TX.
