Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with company goals and client needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, resolving complex issues with a focus on service excellence.
- Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to identify growth areas and optimize service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and finance to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or corporate operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and maintaining high client satisfaction scores.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Houston, TX.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
