Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for 15+ entities
- Oversee SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Develop and maintain corporate accounting policies and procedures
- Manage financial reporting for executive stakeholders and board members
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Lead a team of 8+ accounting professionals through performance development
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on operational finance integration
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 10+ years progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years in corporate controller or senior accounting management role
- Expertise in multi-entity consolidation and complex accounting standards
- Proven experience leading SOX 404 audits and control remediation
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
