Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and manage quarterly rolling forecasts for various departments.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis to explain deviations from budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop complex financial models to support M&A activities, pricing strategies, and capital investment decisions.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and monthly management reports for the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with operational teams to streamline financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
