Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for $500M+ corporate division
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial models
- Drive process improvements in FP&A, treasury, and risk management
- Collaborate with executive leadership on M&A transactions and capital allocation
- Present financial insights to Board of Directors and C-suite executives
- Mentor junior finance professionals and cross-functional teams
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate finance with 5+ years in managerial role
- CPA or CMA certification required
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proven experience in M&A due diligence and integration
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or tech industry preferred
