Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support annual operating plans.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive management.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop, monitor, and control departmental budgets and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of financial data to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in market data to drive business decisions and cost-reduction strategies.
- Utilize financial modeling to simulate the impact of various business scenarios on the company's bottom line.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or analysis.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or CFA) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
