Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance between actual and projected performance across 15+ business units
- Lead quarterly budgeting and annual planning processes with department heads
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for board meetings and investor briefings
- Conduct market research and financial due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Optimize working capital management and treasury operations
- Mentor junior analysts and improve FP&A workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate FP&A experience in manufacturing/tech sector
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query proficiency
- Expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional project leadership
