Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to develop comprehensive forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex financial insights into actionable strategies
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic planning
- Develop financial models for capital allocation, M&A opportunities, and investment decisions
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining strict compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with corporate objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in multi-company structures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate to executive leadership
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
