Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance across business units, identifying trends and opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations for quarterly board meetings and investor briefings
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for process optimization and cost reduction
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activities and capital allocation decisions
- Maintain compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate finance experience with Fortune 500 or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (Power Query, VBA)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- CMA or CPA certification required
